What are tokens and how do they relate to the price?
A token is the unit of work a Digital FTE consumes: drafting, fact-checking, measuring, briefing. A plan buys a block of tokens for your organization; the price is the block, not a number of seats or roles.
Do I pay separately for each Digital FTE?
No. Every FTE you hire draws from the same organization wallet. Hire one or several; the plan is the same.
Can I use Digital FTEs across different industries and tools?
Yes. Roles are not locked to an industry, and each connects to the tools it needs with the permissions you grant. Connections are per organization and per property.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
The FTEs pause and tell you in the workspace. Nothing runs on credit. Top up, or wait for the next cycle, and they resume where they stopped.
Is there a free trial?
Every new organization is granted a starting block of 1,000,000 tokens, so brand research and the first targets run before any payment. When it is used up you choose a plan, or add your own model key. You can change or cancel a plan at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the workspace; the new block applies from the next cycle.
How do I choose the right plan?
Start with the block that matches how many roles you will run and how much they will produce; the workspace shows usage per FTE so the next choice is informed. If you are unsure, write to us.
