Running an FTE day to day.
How do I stop an FTE right now?
Pause it from its workspace. A paused FTE proposes nothing, publishes nothing and spends nothing until you resume it. Revoking its integrations has the same effect for the systems you disconnect.
It published something I want gone. What now?
Nothing publishes without your approval, but approvals can be regretted. Unpublish in WordPress or Shopify as usual; for a Next.js site, the publish is a change you can revert. Send the FTE back the reason so its next proposal reflects it.
Where do I see what it has spent?
The organization wallet is visible in every workspace: balance, this cycle's usage, and the split per FTE. At zero the FTEs pause; they never overdraw.
Can I move a role to a different website or account?
Yes. Properties are switchable in the workspace header; each property keeps its own memory, targets and setup.
How do I report a security issue?
Email security@ftes.ai with what you found and how to reproduce it. We read every report and reply.
