What does a working day with one actually look like?
Field notes
Field notes walk through one working day with a Digital FTE, hour by hour — the morning brief, the work it brought for approval, the thing it got wrong, and what the manager did about it.
The standardIllustrative by construction and labelled as such: a composite day, never a customer we invented.
